Recently, I had a fridge replaced by Sears. My device stopped and I called Sears for a service call. They dropped me off for 12 days before a serviceman could come. I am 90 years old and I have had the master protection plan since the 1970s. The appliance had to be replaced and I had to wait 14 days to deliver my new refrigerator. I live alone and I worked for Sears. I have a food claim at Sears that has been approved, but I have not received any verification for my food loss. The damage was from 127375 to 127376. I would like my last payment for the plan to be made because I don`t want the plan on my new device, but as sears me for weeks, to deal with my request, they tell me that the new unit has gone on this year`s plan.
I reported the device and it was not fixed. I want my money back for my plan. If I call the number 1-800, I will have the race. I was told that the money was put on my ear card, and I approved that, and I don`t even have a Sears card! I get a different story every time I call, not to mention the fact that I`m waiting for 40 minutes each time. I asked to speak to a superior, and everything I get is either put back on hold or separated. Please let me know what needs to be done to solve this problem. M.L. First, I don`t understand how it can be considered cosmetic.
Second, the technician couldn`t bear to mention it directly to me (knowing maybe it was a lie). When I finally asked for a new review, I was told that it was not possible and that there was nothing else to do. It`s a perfect scam. They pass you from one department to another. You cannot challenge decisions or file complaints. Please, we don`t want a new device. We like the ones we have, but we need them to work and if we don`t, we will replace them in accordance with our agreement. Tired of subterfuge!!! P.S.
We have documentation pages of all calls, names, dates, times, dates. Do they have a master protection contract on Samsung microwave by Sears. First call on June 20 part delivered July 3 missing some parts of technology ordered and now delivered only on July 24 at 6:30 p.m. Now it cannot be installed until the 26th. I entered into a protection contract for all my devices for about 500.00 USD (1 year warranty) about 1 week after the purchase of the warranty, my microwave began not to heat my food. I called and I made an appt. And a technique came to my house. He was very rude and basically from the minute he came into my house, he basically accused me of buying an arrangement, because I knew I had a problem. He called it a pre-existing problem.
