Interior of Home in Houston

This photo taken in a Houston home in October. Price was around 2.3 million. The home sat on around an acre of land with a lavish back yard pool. This real estate is in the prime River Oaks community and fits right in comfortably with the luxury home Houston market. These homes are not “walk right in open house” venues. Appointment only showings except for the broker preview. Hardly a cattle call. Brokers will want to be well prepared to present this property to their top clients who are ready to invest in Houston’s finest real estate.

I think we were still in River Oaks, driving around looking at houses when I made D. stop and back up a little so I could get this shot. Up and down street after street of luxury homes in this Houston suburb known for its history and planned layout. The rich and quasi famous have lived here for generations. Traditions are as old as the real estate itself. When I was there, Halloween was approaching and some of the decorations were downright outrageous like giant purple spiders draped across an entire roof. We must have driven around looking at real estate in just this one neighborhood for close to an hour. No two houses were alike. These luxurious homes are all custom built.

Jupiter is a wonderful oceanside town and no place captures the oceanfront feel like Ocean Trail condominiums. In Jupiter, development is not allowed directly on the beach so all condos sit across the famous Beach Road from the ocean, except for those at Ocean Trail. Golf course homes are plentiful in Palm Beach Gardens.  Since we live in the golf course capital of the world you have your choice of golf course homes.  But we don’t have nearly as many lakefront homes.  One place you can find a great lakefront home though is Villa Vizcaya in The Country Club at Mirasol.

The Country Club at Mirasol is one of our newest club communities and is centrally located near PGA Boulevard, the
